RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refundable Security Deposit £300/360€ deposit. This deposit is repaid at the end of your stay after my Chalet Manager has inspected the chalet. It is guaranteed to be returned within 7 days.
Rental Payment To reserve your stay a deposit or £500/650€ for winter weeks 1 December - 30 April, or £300 for summer holidays 1 May - 30 November, required to secure the booking. The full amount must be paid two months prior to the start of the holiday, plus a security deposit of £300 or 360€. Bookings made within two months of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking, including the security deposit.
Chalet Preparation & Cleaning Cleaning, before and after your stay, is included in the rate for your stay (approx: £100/120€). This ensures the chalet is very clean - beds made up and clean towels & linen ready for guests holidays.
Tourist Tax Paid Locally in € €1.00 per day for 13 years+ to be paid at the end of your stay to my Chalet Manager.
Linen Change & Cleaning During your stay if you require linen changed and additional cleaning during your holiday arrange with my Chalet Manager. The charge is approximately €25 per full linen change. And 20€ per hour for cleaning.
Electricity, Hot Water & Fire Logs Included in your rental tariff.
Baby Equipment Hire Cots & high chairs can be hired locally and placed in the chalet for your arrival. Hire cost is £20/25€ each per week.
WiFi Use included in the rental tariff.
Check In Check-in is on Saturdays after 4.00pm unless previously arranged with the owner.
Departure / Check-out Check-out is on Saturdays between 9.00 & 10.00am unless otherwise arranged with the Owner. After check-out my Manager inspects the Chalet and emails a report to the Owner, who arranges to refund your deposit (less any agreed damages, if applicable) within 7 days. All used bed linen. robes & towels to be placed in the bath & bins emptied. Dishwasher can be left running with your breakfast crockery & cutlery. All furniture must be put back in the position you found it. Any breakages or damages to be reported to the Chalet Manager. Keys to be returned to the key safe for the upper chalet. For The Garden Apartment the key left on the dining table. All windows, skylights and front doors to be firmly shut. Lost keys are billed at 25 Euros and will be deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive holiday insurance including cancellation cover. Please email your cancellation details as soon as you know. You will receive a cancellation invoice from me within a week of receipt. Cancellation charges are as follows:-
