Chalet Champêtre 4* Garden Apartment
|Refundable Security Deposit||£300/360€ deposit. This deposit is repaid at the end of your stay after my Chalet Manager has inspected the chalet. It is guaranteed to be returned within 7 days.|
|Rental Payment||To reserve your stay a deposit or £500/650€ for winter weeks 1 December - 30 April, or £300 for summer holidays 1 May - 30 November, required to secure the booking. The full amount must be paid two months prior to the start of the holiday, plus a security deposit of £300 or 360€. Bookings made within two months of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking, including the security deposit.|
|Chalet Preparation & Cleaning||Cleaning, before and after your stay, is included in the rate for your stay (approx: £120/140€). This ensures the chalet is very clean - beds made up and clean towels & linen ready for guests holidays. In addition, to comply with the protocols for Covid-19 protection, we have a very high standard of hygiene & cleanliness in preparation for your stay.
|Tourist Tax Paid Locally in €||€2.50 per day for 18 years+. This is deducted from your security deposit refund.|
|Linen Change during Your Stay||If you require linen changed, the charge is €30 per full linen change.|
|Electricity, Hot Water & Fire Logs||Included in your rental tariff.|
|Baby Equipment Hire||Cots & high chairs can be hired locally and placed in the chalet for your arrival. Hire cost is £30/35€ each per week.|
|WiFi||Use included in the rental tariff.|
|Check In||Check-in is on Saturdays after 18.30 unless previously arranged with the Owner.|
|Departure / Check-out||Check-out is on Saturdays by 08.30 unless otherwise arranged with the Owner.
After check-out my Manager inspects the Chalet and emails a report. Your security deposit is refunded within 7 days. ( less any agreed damages, if applicable)
All used bed linen, robes & towels to be placed by you into the laundry sacks as provided, and placed outside the apartment front door. You must also empty all bins and remove all your possessions
Your used crockery, glasses and cutlery from dinner & your last breakfast need to be put in the Dishwasher and put on.
All furniture must be put back in the position you found it.
Any breakages or damages to be reported to the Chalet Manager.
Key to be left on the dining table. Lost keys are billed at 45 Euros and this will be deducted from your security deposit.
All windows, doors & front door to be firmly shut.
|Holiday Insurance / Cancellation||You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive holiday insurance including cancellation cover. Please email your cancellation details as soon as you know. You will receive a cancellation invoice within 3 days of receipt.
Cancellation charges are as follows:-

Up to 30 days before check-in you have refunded 100% of the amount already paid, less a small administration fee of £30/35€.
Cancel between 15 and 29 days before check-in, 50% refund of monies already paid.
Cancel within 14 days. No refund.
N.B. Security deposit is refunded.
